- 60 g dark chocolate
- 2 T butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 t flaky sea salt
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Add evaporated milk (Ideal milk), sugar, flaky sea salt and vanilla extract.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Cook's note: This magnificent stuff can be served with with ice cream or just eaten with a spoon.
