1. For the cranberry float, crush the mint and sugar together using a pestle and mortar. Pour the Cranberry Cosmo drink into a glass, add the berries then top with ice cream and a sprinkling of mint sugar.
2. For the rest, add a scoop of ice cream or sorbet into a glass and top with Woolworths non-alcoholic sparkling fruit-flavoured drinks and garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers or berries.
