Asian-style Stir-fried pork with green beans

Slice a pork fillet into very thin strips and fry in a very hot pan with olive oil until golden (about 5 to 10 minutes).
Remove from the pan and add crushed cloves garlic, piece ginger, grated, and chopped chilli with oyster sauce to the same pan. Gently fry until fragrant, then fold in the pan-fried pork.
Serve with crisp blanched green beans.
