February is the month of love, and what better way to express that than through food? We’ve rounded up the most popular recipes for the month, and easy dinners were definitely top of mind. Clearly, many of you are in your “make it from scratch” era, and we love it! Khanya Mzongwana’s home-made falafel is a great recipe for those starting to make things themselves or getting into meal prep. Just add all the ingredients to a blender, and boom – perfect falafel. Have them by themselves, make a meal of them with add-ons like salad and flatbreads, or make them part of a snack platter. You can’t go wrong.
