Slow food

Slow Fod is an international movement with two branches in South Africa – one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg.

It seeks to promote the values of eating well, with food cooked from fresh ingredients. Preserving biodiversity and ensuring that endangered foodstuffs are protected is part of the emphasis.
