Pistachio pesto

Ingredients

  • 100 g pistachios
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until slightly chunky.
