Ingredients

1 x 350 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes punnet
2 balls fresh buffalo mozzarella
smoked Maldon salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 x 35 g Woolworths crimson microgreens punnet
10 g Woolworths edible flowers
olive oil, for drizzling
balsamic crema, for drizzling
pomegranate rubies a handful

Method

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Season, then add the microgreens and flowers. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic crema, then scatter over the pomegranate rubies.
